having relegated them to a position second to that of men.
Modern-day society has led women out of their homes, into the
workplace, away from their children. The feminists call upon women
to be self-reliant and to undertake any vocation available to men.
The humanists say women need to look out for themselves and that
satisfaction willl come through self-gratification. Dr. Pyle gives

to make changes that have brought them greater unhappiness than
